When I started providing our services, organizing hunting for foreign people in Spain, I could notice that this business is full of amateur, intrusive and opportunist outifitter and hunting organizers.
I have suffered many times myself the lack of ethics, tricks and unpleasant situations.
Since then I had the firm will to break with the established rules contrary to my values and to provide an impeccable service with added value.
For many years I held positions of responsibility in international companies, traveling around the world, directing the commercial and marketing department of those companies.
During 9 years, we became Country manager for Härkila, the European leader clothing and equipment brand for hunting and also represents Rifles J.P.Ridon, Armes Pierre Artisan and Lynx Rifles.
I have been hunting in all the Scandinavian countries, Baltics and Central Europe and used to hunt with international hunters and know their preferences.
Today in our organization, we try to adapt our know-how to international hunters wishes and preferences.
Our packages are from 4.000€ to 14.000€. Terms of payment: Once a booking has been agreed, and terms and conditions are deemed as being accepted, the booking will be provisionally reserved in your name pending payment. A minimum deposit of 50% of the first quotation is required as booking confirmation and should be sent within 7 days in order to confirm the booking. The payment of the deposit or any other partial payment for a reservation of the hunting constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained the SHA brochure& price list. The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to commencement of your hunting. If the balance has been not received by the date, SHA shall be entitled at this discretion to treat your reservation as cancelled and consequently to forfeit such part of the deposit as determined solely by SHA. SHA will not provide documents/invoices until full payment is received by SHA. Bank charges arising from the transfer of funds will be payable by the client. Additional expenses during the hunting time, exceeding bag size, extensions of the stays, or supplementary activities, will be paid at time of request directly on-site and always before finalizing the hunting period.
Deposits are not refundable, since the client is fully responsible for paying the total amount of the hunt in the case of his own cancellation. Only when the reservation can be resold, the payments will be reimbursed by discounting the administration expenses. SHA is not responsible for changes beyond our control regarding the decisions of the Owners of the Estates (out of our agreement), the decisions of the Spanish Administration (that could happen after our proposal), the quotas or the type of trophies from the SHA original proposal. In the event that SHA is affected, SHA undertakes to provide an alternative proposal or, failing that, the refund of the recoverable amounts. Our commitment, to propose a reasonable alternative as a continuation to our service would always be our first option. Therefore, we recommend that clients take Trip insurance against cancellation in the event that deposits (total or partial) are lost if we cannot schedule their hunt again.
