We live African Hunting!
We pride our selves in being ethical hunters and provide a specialized service to our clients. Our primary goal is for you to have a good hunting experience, our clients become our life long friends!
Our Base camp is in the Kameel area of the North West province of south Africa, we offer some of the best plains game and dangerous game hunting in Africa today. We are not the biggest outfit in Africa, nor do we want to be. We are all about good hunting, good times and the best trophies. We are serious about hunting and strive to give our hunters the best possible chance at the best trophies Africa has to offer.
We have the right hunt for you whether you are hunting plains game on a budget, are after those special once in a lifetime trophies or want the big 5.

About

Location: Our Base camp is in the Kameel area of the North West province of south Africa, we offer some of the best plains game and dangerous game hunting in Africa today.

About your host at Henry Griffiths Safaris: Henry and Tanya Griffiths, Owner. We will be your hosts, Tanya and I have been working in the safari industry for 11 years. I have a diploma in Game management and 11 years of professional hunting experience in Southern Africa. Tanya has a diploma in Nature Conservation and Lodge Management. We have been working together for the past 8 years, and with our shared experience and passion for the industry we make an excellent team that provides you with an enjoyable hunting experience. Tanya runs all the day to day organization of the camp and ensures that all our guests’ needs are catered for. She is also in charge of preparing the meals for the hunters. I guide 80% of the hunts myself and use only the best and most qualified professional hunters for the larger groups that we guide on safaris every year. All the trackers and skinners are experienced in their work and will ensure that your trophies are well looked after until the taxidermist take over. Our primary goal is for our clients to have good African hunting experience!

­­­­­­Hunting experience at Henry Griffiths Safaris: Henry Griffiths Safaris offers dangerous game hunting all over southern Africa but mainly in South Africa. The species available are Buffalo, Elephant, lion, leopard and Hippo. We offer Trophy hunting and Problem animal control hunts for the elephant (PAC) this will allow the possibility to hunt multiple elephant in a safari. While hunting you will have opportunities at plains game as well. Henry Griffiths safaris also specialize in Bow hunting safaris for the dedicated bow hunter. Terms and Pricing: Please contact the host for pricing details. Our basic terms and conditions are following:

  • Unless otherwise stated, the hunts available, the number of days and the combination of species that may be hunted, are in accordance with government, community or tender regulations, the current price list, concession areas and expected quota for a specific year.
  • All safaris are subject to quota availability at the time of booking. The Outfitter cannot guarantee such quotas as Government/land owners regulate these. The dates and time slots available will be in accordance with the availability of camps and quotas on the Outfitters’ booking sheet. Preference and confirmation will be given on a first-come-first-served basis once a deposit has been paid. Quotations will be valid for a period of 14 days only, unless otherwise stated.  The outfitter cannot be held responsible should the government/land owners change or withdraw quota allocations or should the outfitter loose a particular concession area after the signing of a safari contract.
  • Based on the outfitter’s knowledge, observations and experience, the outfitter has the exclusive right to move a client to any camp or hunting area where he feels that the client will have a better chance for success, at any time before or during a safari, at his sole discretion.
  • Clients are responsible to obtain all inoculations and preventative medications and prophylaxis prior to their safari and should consult their doctor or travel clinic regarding the relevant health risks, regulations and requirements. Certain areas/countries, such as Botswana and Mozambique, are high-risk malaria areas. Tsetse fly is a nuisance in Mozambique and bug jackets, protective clothing and DEET insecticide are recommended.  Certain countries through which you may travel may require proof of yellow fever inoculations.
