Location: Madison Valley Ranch is situated on the banks of the Madison River near Ennis, Montana. 

About your host at Madison Valley Ranch: Chris Eaton, Fly-fishing Guide. A licensed professional Montana fishing guide has over 30 years of fishing experience under his belt and has over 2,000 guide days on the rivers of southwestern Montana. Along with his wife Julie, he co-owns, guides, and instructs for Eaton Outfitters, is the Director of Fishing Operations at the Madison Valley Ranch, and is an Orvis Endorsed Guide for The Tackle Shop in Ennis. Chris specializes in working with the beginning fly fisher and with his vast fishing experience on the local rivers gives his clients a variety of blue ribbon fishing opportunities. Chris has also been the featured Madsion River Guide on ESPN for “Fly Fishing the World” and “Trout Unlimited TV”, and on PBS for their show “Flyfishing Destinations”. His business background includes a degree in public relations along with many years spent working for an investment banking firm.

Terms of payment
A 50% deposit is due upon 14 days of booking to secure the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are interested, we can work with you to set up trip insurance
Cancellation
In case of a cancellation, the deposit is fully refundable less a $200 processing fee per person if the cancellation is made prior to 90 days of arrival. For cancellations within 90 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be credited to a future lodge trip to be taken within one year of the cancellation, and the remaining deposit is non-refundable. If a cancellation must be made within 30 days of arrival, 25% of the package price will be credited to a future lodge trip to be taken within one year of the cancellation. Unfortunately, the balance is a cancellation fee to cover the costs and inability to rebook the trip on such short notice. Because of our intimate size and reliance on advanced bookings, we must make no exceptions to our cancellation policy. If you are at all concerned with a cancellation possibility, we strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
